Terms and Conditions

Prices:

All prices in the shop are including VAT, 25%. Freight cost will be added. Orders with a total value of 300 SEK or less, excluding freight cost, are due to a handling fee of 50 SEK.

How to pay:

We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard or by cash. There is also a possibility to transfer money to our account or shop by cash upon delivery. Payment instructions will be sent to you as soon as your order is packed.

Delivery:

We send by Posten, Bussgods or Schenker hämtpaket. If nothing else is decided we send by the cheapest alternative. The customer is charged for the freight.

Delivery time:

If normal we send all deliveries within 3 working days. For special orders it may take longer.

Return policy:

Merchandise returned within 30 days after invoice date are 100% refunded if new and unused and in its original undamaged packaging. The customer should be able to with invoice/cash note verify that the items are purchased at VP Autoparts. The customer is charged for the freight and a handling fee of 50 SEK. Special orders and parts damaged by customer are not refundable. We do not accept returned merchandise sent to us by cash upon delivery. Items older than 30 days are not accepted.

Reclaim:

Merchandise damaged at arrival at customer or if the wrong items are delivered by us the items should be returned to us in cheapest possible way. The freight cost will be payed by us. At damage during transportation VP Autoparts takes responsibility if the delivery is sent by cash upon delivery or in registered letter and reclaim is done at arrival. When returning goods the customer is responsible for damage unless original packing is used.

Privacy:

When you place an order with VP Autoparts you need to register personal information with us such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. With your registration and order you approve that we store the information about you in order to proceed with our obligation towards you.
