Unfortunately we are not able to accept credit card payments at this time.

When you place an order you’ll receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This is an automatically generated response telling you we have received your order, and must not be confused with a confirmation stating we have all items ordered in stock. All orders including your invoice will be packaged and shipped within 2-5 working days. Shipping fees are added to each order. Our prices include VAT. 

 

Magazines ordered will be shipping for free. All other items will be shipped according to Postens rates. We try our best to ship your order in the cheapest possible way.We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.

 

 

According to angrefristloven we offer you 14 days open return when you place an order with us. We require that you return the products in the same state and volume as you received it. Please use the original packaging when returning goods; the customer is responsible for any damage occurring during the return. Shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. If you are returning products wrongfully sent to you or if you want to return goods according to angrefristloven of 24.03.72, nb. 11, the shipment shall be approved by us. Please e-mail us and we’ll get in touch with you. This is to ensure that the return and an eventual refund are handled as soon as possible. The goods must be returned within 14 days upon receipt. Please do not return any goods pr postoppkrav.

 

Please contact us immediately if you have received products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. No products are to be returned to us without our authorization. We will refund your shipping expense.
